FarOrbis LLC provides digital services including website design, Webflow development, website redesign, maintenance, and related consulting services. Because our services are digital and customized, physical product returns do not apply.

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Project was cancelled before work began
  • We are unable to start or deliver the agreed service
  • Refund approved at our sole discretion based on project status

  • Completed milestones or delivered work

If a project is cancelled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of completed work, time invested, and project expenses incurred.

6. Subscription & Maintenance Services

Monthly maintenance or recurring service plans may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you experience any issue with our services, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension and dispute documentation submission.
