By purchasing our services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Clients may request cancellation before any project work has started. If approved, eligible payments may be refunded in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, FarOrbis LLC reserves the right to charge for work completed, time invested, resources used, and any project-related expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Continued inactivity may result in cancellation or additional restart fees.
Clients may cancel recurring maintenance or support plans before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after renewal may apply to the following billing period.
Any recurring service subscription may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled charge unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.
