2. Project Cancellation After Work Begins

If a project is cancelled after work has started, FarOrbis LLC reserves the right to charge for work completed, time invested, resources used, and any project-related expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

3. Client Delays & Inactivity

If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Continued inactivity may result in cancellation or additional restart fees.

4. Monthly Maintenance Plans

Clients may cancel recurring maintenance or support plans before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after renewal may apply to the following billing period.

5. Subscription Services

Any recurring service subscription may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled charge unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable once purchased or initiated:

  • Completed work or delivered milestones
  • Setup fees
  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting fees
  • Third-party software or plugin purchases
  • Custom research or strategy work already performed

7. Cancellation by FarOrbis LLC

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services due to non-payment, abusive behavior, fraud, violation of terms, or circumstances preventing project completion.
