Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: January 1, 2026

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs payments made to FarOrbis (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for branding, marketing, digital advertising, consulting, and related professional services. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

FarOrbis provides professional digital services that involve customized strategy, creative development, intellectual property, and time-based consulting. Due to the customized and intangible nature of these services, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • No substantive work has begun on the project.
  • A written cancellation request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of initial payment.
  • A duplicate charge or verified billing error has occurred.

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed branding or design work
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have been launched
  • SEO services once implementation has begun
  • Paid advertising management after ads go live
  • Strategy sessions, consultations, or advisory services already delivered
  • Custom digital assets, documents, or deliverables

Upon delivery of final files, strategic documents, or campaign assets, all payments become final.

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has started, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. Administrative costs, transaction fees, and time invested will be deducted accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required materials, and approvals. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact FarOrbis to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and potential legal recovery of fees, including collection costs and attorney fees where permitted by law.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we strive to deliver measurable performance improvements, marketing and advertising outcomes depend on multiple external factors. FarOrbis does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking positions, or performance metrics unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
